ServLab

In normal business practise, services are often not systematically developed, new concepts are not sufficiently tested in advance, and costly improvements are required later on.

Fraunhofer IAO and its partners have recognized these deficits and bundled their knowledge in a „lab“ – the only of its kind worldwide. ServLab provides solutions for manifold tasks on the service market, and allows integrated consideration of people, technology and organization.

With this new lab, Fraunhofer IAO and its partners explore new territory. As a holistic platform for modern service development and design, ServLab offers many different methods and techniques. New services for instance can be represented and tested by Virtual Reality. Work organization activities can be designed and planned, and new interaction concepts can be developed and communicated to employees.
