Personnel management

Tackling organisational change is now a primary, ongoing task for companies. Information technologies, innovative work concepts, social change and new value-added forms change how people work, learn and interact.

The »personnel management« competence centre supports its customers through these transformation processes by linking tried-and-tested solutions with scientific expertise. The interaction of employees and customers in work processes, innovation processes and value-added processes is the focus of our understanding of innovative personnel management.
