Professional training and qualification
Fraunhofer IAO is convinced that systematic knowledge transfer from research to practise is an important drive for the innovative power of companies. The vital issue is to develop new, unique and better services. In seminars and workshops, Fraunhofer IAO offers skilled employees and executives the necessary know-how to successfully apply future-oriented service concepts in companies.
The employees of the IAO NETwork »Service Innovation« are also committed to teaching. This includes giving lectures at different universities, tutoring of study papers and diploma theses and coaching of interns.
Seminars and Workshops
Fraunhofer IAO regularly holds seminars and workshops on manifold topics in the service segment. The following issues for instances were in great demand over the last years:

- Successful development and internationalization of services,
- Interaction management on the service segment,
- Customer-friendly service design
- Qualification and competence management.
